Welcome to Esthetics Cafe! By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
Esthetics Café provides facials, waxing, sugaring, and body treatments. Our services are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. No-shows may be subject to the full service charge.

3. Payment
We accept cash, Venmo, and tap payments at the time of service. Full payment is required at the end of your appointment.

4. Age Restrictions
Clients must be at least 15 years old to receive services. Clients under 18 years old require parental consent before their appointment.

5. Refund Policy
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, at the owner's discretion. If you have concerns about your service, please reach out within 24 hours of your appointment.

6. Late Arrivals
We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

7. Health & Safety Policies

• Clients who have used Accutane within the last year are not eligible for services.

• If you have had recent surgeries, you must provide doctor’s clearance before receiving treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client has a condition that may pose health risks.

8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone due to inappropriate behavior, poor hygiene, or other circumstances deemed necessary.

9. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information such as names, emails, and phone numbers for booking purposes only. We do not share or sell any personal data. Additional client information may be gathered during consultations and remains confidential.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Esthetics Café may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website implies acceptance of any modifications.
